Nov 10, 2014. Located in Newark's North Ward, at St Rose of Lima Church Latin Americans of the community get assistance with signing up for Obamacare. But immigration issues seem to get in the way.

Emigrating from Columbia only a few years ago, Father Garica acts as facilitator for those attempting to sign up for Obamacare. But even those who are documented are wary of revealing household information because they may live with someone who is undocumented. Consequently, Latinos comprise about 20% of the population in NJ, but they account for 33% of the uninsured population. --WNYC
